This sets how long you rest between sets and how often the weight goes up. It does not change what you lift or how hard, because that comes from your training history, not your birthday.

Ticking a box here does not disqualify you from anything. It changes what we are willing to put in front of you, and you can watch it change below as you answer. If something means a clinician should be involved first, we say so plainly and stop, rather than handing you a workout anyway.

If you are unsure whether something counts, tick it. The worst case is a slightly more careful plan.

What happens to what you just told us

It builds your plan and keeps that plan safe for you.

Four views, if you want them.

This is the only part of MDRN that looks at you, so it is the only part that gets a screen like this. It is optional and the plan is complete without it.

What happens. Your camera opens on this page, and your outline is traced live so you can see yourself centred before anything is taken. Then a fifteen second countdown, four times over: facing the camera, turned right, turned left, and facing away. Prop the phone and walk back. Each countdown tells you which way to turn, and the shutter fires on its own so you never have to reach for it.
What is kept. None of the four photographs. They are read once, together, and thrown away before the last observation finishes rendering. There is no box on this page that keeps one, because keeping a photograph is a member setting and you are not one yet. What you keep is the outline: a traced boundary with no face, no skin and nothing that identifies you.
What it changes. Which of the six movement patterns leads your week. That is the whole list. It never decides what you are sold, and that is a test that blocks our release rather than a policy.
What it will never say. No body fat, no BMI, no weight, no score, no grade, and nothing about how you look. It cannot name a condition and it will not try. The outline carries no number and never will: a phone system built to estimate body fat from photographs, tested on 134 adults, landed about five percentage points either side of a lab scan, and a study of 152 adults found that kind of lab scan itself up to seven points off a more thorough method. There is no number here we would trust, so we do not invent one.

An observation reads like this, word for word: Hips sit slightly rotated when standing square. Hinging leads your week, to wake up what the hips are not doing yet.
